Welcome to the CavasShips Podcast with Christopher P. Cavas and Chris Servello…a weekly podcast looking at naval and maritime events and issues of the day – in the US, across the seas and around the world. This week…It was a busy week, with many fiscal year end contract announcements, a continuing war in the Middle East and the bow wave a ship maintenance continues to grow as longer and longer deployments appear to be the new reality. Joining us to break down the announcements and add context to current events are Sam Lagrone and Mallory Shelbourne of USNI News.
