Zack Cooper, PhD, study group member of the recently released bi-partisan report on the U.S.-Japan alliance interviews with Defense & Aerospace Report Editor Vago Muradian at the Center for Strategic Studies in Washington, DC. Ambassador Richard Armitage and Professor Joseph Nye were be joined by members of the study group–which included Cooper, Kara Bue, Victor Cha, Matthew Goodman, Michael Green, Kevin Nealer, and Sheila Smith. The group presented the report’s findings and recommendations at an event on Oct. 3.
