Read the Report – The CNAS Extending American Power (EAP) Project released its final report, which is the culmination of the EAP series co-chaired by Dr. Robert Kagan and the Hon. James P. Rubin. Over the last year, current and former government officials, strategists and scholars spanning the political spectrum met monthly with the goal of bringing together a bipartisan group to help shape the national conversation on America’s role in the world during the run-up to the November presidential election.
