Adm. The interview was conducted at the NATO Engages conference sponsored by the Atlantic Council, the German Marshall Fund, the Munich Security Conference and other think tanks in Washington, DC, to mark the 70th anniversary of NATO that founded by the Washington Treaty on April 4, 1949, with 12 nations that has grown to 29 nations today.
